There were a few things that annoyed me in this article.
ReplyDeleteHow does a massive increase in listings lead one to believe that sellers and, especially, buyers are more confident?
Furthermore I wouldn't be so optimistic, if I was a Realtor, about a 42% increase in listings YOY. Not to mention 30% of SFHomes and 40% of the Condos listed are Vacant. Link
There is even a quote comparing Edmonton to Toronto and Vancouver.
