Good link. I don't spend much time on blogs written by agents, as generally they are just an advertisement. But you've found a good one.
Yeah, he seems pretty upfront and honest. It's a good marketing plan that makes him stand out from the crowd.
Nice link, If I was looking for a realtor in his market that would definately be a consideration. Why is it that most every realtor is afraid to speak as directly as he does?
